Connect, Empower, Support
Dr. Patricia Vriesendorp, Dr. Elizabeth Frei, Stéphanie Goffaux and Lyla Schwartz are English-speaking psychologists working in Biel/Bienne.
We started C2 in order to address the need for English-speaking support services in Switzerland.
We hope to empower non-native residents by providing a platform for them to connect and find support in English.
Having support lays the groundwork for better self-care and a sense of belonging that improves the quality of life for non-native Swiss residents. We work together with a range of different English speaking therapists and providers to provide a wider base of support.
We hope you might attend a workshop, learn mindfulness, receive a soothing massage, stop by for a meditation group, join the women’s group or simply use C2 as a bridge to your life here in Switzerland. Welcome.
Tell us your story!
Our mission at C2 is to cultivate a platform to connect, support and empower non-native residents of Switzerland.
We would love to hear about your experience so we can offer you workshops and other services that will support your well-being and adjustment to life in Switzerland. We left the questions very open so feel free to write as much or as little as you’d like. Please note that this survey is anonymous, unless you’d like to leave your name and email address so that we can follow up with you with any questions you might have.
