Welcome to the c2gether Self-Care Community

Becoming a member of the community will give you access to a variety of therapeutic resources that we hope you will find useful in supporting your and your family‚Äôs well-being as you navigate life in Switzerland.

Therapy is often only a small specific time in your life. Having English-speaking support and resources outside of therapy can help. For those unexpected difficult moments, or to practice what you’ve learned. Or maybe you’re not in therapy now, but would like to have support anyway.

Join now to receive simple, easy-to-use audios, videos and other materials designed to support, empower and inform you in your daily life. You can also participate with other users in the forum and learn about special membership opportunities like our Pen Pal Club for kids.

We have different membership options you can choose from. The fees help support our mission of broadening access to mental healthcare for English-speakers in Switzerland.
