ADHD Virtual Community Group

This is a community dedicated to sharing support around the topic of ADHD. Whether you have been formally diagnosed or not, you are welcome to attend. Furthermore, parents of children with ADHD are also welcome. This confidential group is facilitated by clinical psychologist Dr. Elizabeth Frei and is open to those who have questions or resources to share about living with a neurotype that the world is not necessarily set up to support.
