When we become more aware of our personal space it can nourish us and help us feel safer. However, we also need some level of connection with others to feel seen and a sense of belonging. Often, we compromise one for the other. How do you begin to recognize where your boundaries are – allowing you to connect with both yourself and others.
In this workshop we will begin to explore this tension point of setting your boundaries marking off your personal space while in the presence of others. How do you do that? What does your boundary feel like? Look like? How do you feel as you do it and when it is clear? How do you expect others to respond?
