There is no grief like the grief that does not speak.
Have you lost an important person, role, community, or aspect of your life that may be difficult to talk about or for others to understand? Are you looking for a protected space where you can ask questions, talk about, or hear more about the topics grief and loss? This is not limited to death, but can also include a wider range of loss that have ripple effects in different areas of our lives. There are many kinds of loss and many layers of grief, and navigating grieving can be a complex and isolating process. If you are looking for a supportive environment where you can explore your own voice and own way through grief, and be with others also dealing with grief and loss, come join us. This group is structured and supported by a psychologist who also has lived grief experiences.
This support group is virtual, to allow those of you further away or with busy schedules to also join us. Upon receiving your registration and payment a zoom link will be sent to you the day of the meeting.
