Two-hour Saturday practices are offered several times throughout the year. These mindful mornings help you to cultivate the ability to connect more fully with what is happening right here, right now and cut down on reactivity to the intrusive chatter of our thoughts. Research indicates that regular practice of mindfulness helps to alleviate pain and improve health and subjective well-being. Mindful mornings are held with no more than six people.
Feel free to come a bit early to settle in and have some tea. Practice will start promptly at 10. No supplies are necessary as everything will be provided. Wear what you like although pants are recommended for optimal comfort.
