Self-Compassion Workshop

We’ve offered several workshops explaining and exploring Self-Compassion. Many of us struggle with inner critics showing up to shame us in difficult moments. With Self-Compassion we can recognize our moments of struggle and pain, as actually connecting us to our humanity and choose to be kind instead of critical. To do so can be extremely empowering!
Yet, we know from experience it is one thing to learn about, and another to regularly practice being compassionate. We will offer different exercises to practice being compassionate towards yourself and others in a structured and supportive environment. We will explore what works well, and where you hit difficulties.
