Stretching for Mental Health: Wednesday Mornings in June & July

An opportunity to get to know your body in safe and easy ways- and feel amazing!
Limber up and stretch out those aches and pains. Be amazed at how good it feels to move beyond our normal range of motion. We use movement as meditation to facilitate connection to our bodies and minds.
When the weather is nice, the class will be held outside at the Hund Materlie in Nidau, next to the lake. When the weather is poor, the class will be held at c2.
Please bring your own yoga mat.
