Our monthly Women’s Group is an ongoing therapy group, that meets to celebrate and support one another in the ups and downs that is life. Each month we have a theme, shared before hand via e-mail. We begin the group with a mindfulness exercise, then a check in, and explore a topic together via exercises often involving writing for individual reflection, movement to gain a new perspective and sharing for connection in the group. Each person’s experience is valid and your participation is based on your comfort and wish for growth.
This months Group will be looking at which feelings were we did not learn to deal with or were not allowed to express – anger, sadness, fear, shame, confidence, determination …?
Until there are changes in the Swiss health regulations, groups are currently conducted with masks.
