Women’s Group will be meeting as usual at 19:00 till 20:30. You can come a bit earlier to peruse our library, make a tea or just sit down and rest. The main focus of the group is to create a protected space to be vulnerable, talk about and experience tough topics, receive support, and yes to share a laugh.
We typically start with a mindfulness exercise, a brief check in, do an exercise around a theme and allow for a moment of individual reflection, as well as, dyad or group sharing.
We will be practicing compassion self-talk to common negative critical comments. We will explore what messages often show up for you, how to personalize the compassionate response, and what get’s in the way.
