About
Cindy is an emerging Counsellor and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Mindfulness in School (age 7-17 group) Facilitator, currently completing her MA in Counselling at Webster University Geneva. She holds an MA in Finance and Investment alongside a BSc in Accounting and Finance.
She brings over 20 years of international experience spanning counselling training, mindfulness practice, corporate finance in the UK, and entrepreneurship of early childhood development centres as an expat in Switzerland. Drawing on her rich cross-cultural journey and Asian heritage, her areas of interest include supporting clients through life transitions, expat resilience, cross-cultural adaptation, transgenerational trauma, and parenting challenges. She offers a compassionate, person-centred space rooted in cultural humility, mindfulness, and developmental wisdom.
