About
At the heart of my work are the nervous system, the body, and the deeper patterns that shape how we experience ourselves and the world around us. I support people in recognizing old attachment dynamics and belief systems more consciously, and in developing new ways of relating to themselves, finding safety within, and building healthier relationships. My work draws on Neurosystemic Integration® by Verena König, hypnosystemic approaches, parts work, and body- and attachment-oriented methods from trauma-informed psychotherapy.
My work is grounded in a deep openness toward different life realities and relationship structures. Topics such as neurodiversity, attachment, identity, self-determination, and equality accompany me in all dimensions of my life.
I am committed to continuous learning and growth and am currently training to become a family constellation worker with Silvia Will in Solothurn.
