Introduction to Meditation Workshop

Were you always curious about meditation? Did you always want to try it but didn’t want to commit? Are you a little bit scared of that experience?
You can give meditation a try with our 90 Minutes practical workshop “Introduction to meditation”. It is designed for beginners and anyone who would like to learn and practice various techniques on how to meditate efficiently and effectively.
It would be taught by Jaya Lisa Saunders, who has over 30 years of experience in meditation, coaching, and bodywork. She will teach based on her own experience with Mindfulness, Vipassana and TM meditation techniques. So you can try different meditational options.
